The hotel's decor was simply stunning, with beautiful artwork and traditional Balinese touches throughout. The general areas of the hotel were easy to navigate, with well-maintained pathways and handrails, making it accessible for senior people like myself. I felt safe and comfortable moving around the villa.

I would have appreciated a bit more assistance from the staff in terms of offering personalized activities or suggestions specifically catered to senior guests. The children working there were lovely, but sometimes I felt they lacked the experience to fully understand the needs and preferences of older guests.

The hosts, Kope and Made, were extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent customer support and made us feel at home. The villa had all the amenities we could think of, including multiple charging outlets, a stocked fridge, and even pool floats. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was spacious. The villa's setting and layout were perfect for a family trip.
